Monday 6pm-7pm

BOXING

This class will teach you the science of boxing and movement from basic and advanced skill levels. No matter your end goal, this class provides a range of techniques for the self-defense learner to the golden gloves champion.

Monday- Thursday 6pm-8pm

YOGA

Yoga is a great way to relieve stress and maintain flexibility great for all ages.

Wednesdays 5:30pm-6:30pm

RUN
CLUB

Running serves plenty of benefits. Stress relief, agility, cardio, and with our run club its fun to run alongside friends from various fitness levels. Increase your run time or learn the fundamentals of proper running habits with us.

Saturdays 9am-10am
